Returns & Refunds Policy
At Imagination Stations, every product is handcrafted and built to order. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, including purchasing materials, scheduling your build, and preparing your order. Because of this, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Approved cancellations will be refunded less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider, as these fees are not returned to us when a transaction is refunded.
After 24 hours, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or modified, as materials may have been purchased and production may already be underway.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and built specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Change of mind
Incorrect measurements or failure to review product dimensions
Natural variations in wood
Normal wear and tear
Exposure to weather or lack of maintenance
Please carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives with shipping damage or a workmanship defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at imagination.stations@outlook.com and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
We will review each situation individually and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Natural Wood Characteristics
Our products are crafted from real wood. Variations in grain, knots, colour, texture, checking, cracking, seasonal movement, and other naturally occurring characteristics are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
